FAQ
Questions about Soulezy, answered.
What is Soulezy?
Soulezy is a quiet wellness space that runs entirely in your browser. Choose your intent — focus, sleep, breathe, move, nap, or lift your mood — and immerse yourself in ambient soundscapes designed to support that state of mind.
How does it work?
Soulezy combines carefully crafted soundscapes with principles from neuroscience research. Each experience uses layered frequencies, natural sounds, and gentle rhythmic elements designed to encourage particular mental states.
Do I need to create an account?
No. Soulezy is completely free to use with no sign-up required. Just choose your intent and begin.
Does it work offline?
Yes, after the first load. Soulezy runs entirely in your browser — once the page loads, you don't need an internet connection to use it.
What's the science behind it?
The sound design draws on research about brainwave states (gamma, beta, alpha, theta, delta), the effects of pink and brown noise on sleep and focus, the calming effect of natural soundscapes, and auditory entrainment techniques. You'll find research sources on the home page.
Is this a medical or therapeutic product?
No. Soulezy is a wellness tool for relaxation and focus, not a medical device. If you're experiencing serious mental health concerns, please consult a healthcare professional.
Can I use Soulezy while I work or sleep?
Yes. Many people leave Soulezy open while working, reading, or falling asleep. The soundscapes are designed to be gentle and non-intrusive.
What browsers are supported?
Any modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) with Web Audio API support. Soulezy works on both desktop and mobile devices.
Will you add more experiences?
We're always exploring new soundscapes and intents. Follow along for updates.
Can I download the sounds?
Currently, Soulezy is designed as an in-browser experience. The sounds play live and are not available for download.
